Metastack respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our team and students to do the same. This policy explains how to report suspected copyright infringement on our website.

Reporting Infringement

If you believe content on this website infringes your copyright, please send a notice via our Contact page including:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed
  • Identification of the material you believe is infringing, with its location (URL) on our site
  • Your contact information (name, email, and if possible, address/phone)
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Our Response

Upon receiving a valid notice, we will review it and remove or disable access to the identified material where appropriate.

Counter-Notification

If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification via the same contact channel, and we will review it in good faith.
