Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about our Salesforce training.

Course

Each course runs for 12 weeks of live online sessions. The final two weeks of every program are fully dedicated to interview and certification readiness.

Fees/Batches

Please share your details via the enquiry form and our team will share fee details with you, including any current batch discount.

Certification

Yes — certification preparation is built into every course, with the final 2 weeks focused on getting you interview- and certification-ready.

Placement

Placement isn't guaranteed, but we prepare every student thoroughly through mock interviews so you go in with far less chance of being caught off guard. We also refer students when a matching requirement exists in our network or elsewhere.

General

Our courses are open to freshers looking to start a career in Salesforce, IT professionals switching domains, admins looking to upskill into development, and non-tech professionals making a career switch. No prior coding background is required for the Admin track.

Admin

A Salesforce Admin configures and maintains a company's Salesforce org — managing users, security, data model, automation and reporting — without writing code.

Developer

A Salesforce Developer writes Apex code, builds Lightning Web Components, and creates integrations — handling logic and interfaces that go beyond what declarative tools can do.

Agentforce

Agentforce is Salesforce's platform for building autonomous AI agents that can take multi-step action inside a CRM, grounded in your company's own data.

AI

Predictive AI (like lead scoring), Generative AI (like drafting content via Prompt Builder), and Agentic AI (Agentforce) — each solving a different kind of problem.

Duration

12 weeks of live online sessions, including dedicated certification and interview prep in the final weeks.

Projects

Real-world-style projects — CRM configuration for a simulated sales team, automation builds, trigger-based development, and integration projects, depending on your course.

Salary

It varies significantly by city, company and experience — we deliberately don't quote a single figure since outdated numbers do more harm than good. See our Salesforce Salary Guide for how to research this properly.

Freshers

Yes — the Salesforce Admin track is specifically designed to be accessible to freshers and non-tech backgrounds.

Experienced

Yes — many of our students are experienced professionals moving into Salesforce from other IT domains or non-tech backgrounds entirely.

Career Switch

Yes — this is one of the most common paths into Salesforce, especially via the Admin track, which requires no coding background.
